Instructions

Chop or grate white chocolate if using blocks instead of pellets. Grate some dark or milk chocolate too. Warm the chopped white chocolate with cream until it melts to around 70 degrees Celsius, avoiding boiling. Mix in coconut liqueur or another spirit if you like. Serve in a mug, teacup, Irish coffee glass, or any heat-resistant cup. Garnish with grated dark or milk chocolate and coconut flakes.
