Instructions

  1. Combine Fernet Branca, Allspice Dram, gin, honey syrup, and egg yolk in a shaker.
  2. Agitate vigorously without ice for at least 15 seconds.
  3. Slowly incorporate hot water while stirring energetically with a whisk to build up froth.
  4. Keep stirring for several more seconds to achieve the desired texture.
  5. Carefully pour into the center of your serving glass to avoid leaving residue on the sides.
  6. Finish by sprinkling a light layer of freshly ground nutmeg over the top.
