Instructions

  1. Chocolate base
  2. Stir the sugar and half of the cream together in a saucepan until smooth.
  3. Add the crème de cacao and heat gently, stirring all the time, until the sugar has melted completely.
  4. Assembly
  5. Whip the rest of the cream in a bowl until light and fluffy.
  6. Pour the crème de menthe into a mug of about 2.5 to 3 dl.
  7. Top up with the warm chocolate mixture.
  8. Finish with a dollop of the whipped cream.
