Stir sugar, cocoa powder, and half the cream in a saucepan until combined smoothly.
Heat the mixture while stirring until the sugar melts completely.
Pour in milk and continue heating, stirring constantly.
Whip the remaining cream to a light, fluffy consistency in a bowl.
Measure out about 3 cl of Minttu per serving glass, cup, or mug - each should be around 2.5-3 dl.
Top off with the warm chocolate milk mixture.
Garnish by dolloping whipped cream on top and optionally adding shredded chocolate or similar as suggested.
