Instructions

  1. Add 1 Egg White, 15 ml 1/ Cucumber Syrup, 44 ml Tequila Blanco, 1 Top With Soda Water, 22 ml 3/ Pineapple Juice, 22 ml 3/ Heavy Cream, and 15 ml 1/ Melon Liqueur to a cocktail shaker without ice.
  2. Dry shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to emulsify.
  3. Add ice and shake again for another 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
  4. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with salt.
