Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the gin, orange juice, pineapple juice, simple syrup and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
