Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add pineapple juice, lemon juice, vanilla syrup, egg white and Angostura bitters to a shaker.
  3. Dry shake without ice for 10 seconds to build the foam.
  4. Add ice and shake hard until well chilled.
  5. Strain into the rocks glass over fresh ice.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
