Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Add the lemon juice, dark rum, pineapple juice, Angostura bitters, Dijon mustard and honey water to a shaker with plenty of ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is frosty.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a rose petal.
