Instructions

  1. Muddle the sage leaves in the bottom of a shaker.
  2. Add the gin, lime juice, apple juice and heather honey.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  4. Fine strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with fresh sage and a dehydrated apple slice.
