Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice, add the scotch and let it stand.
  2. In a separate mixing glass, stir the gin, Amaro Meletti, Campari and sweet vermouth with ice.
  3. Tip the ice and scotch out of the rocks glass and add new ice, preferably one large cube.
  4. Strain the stirred drink into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
