Instructions

  1. Half-fill a highball glass with crushed ice, lay a cucumber slice against the glass, then pack in more crushed ice to the top.
  2. Shake the lime juice, maraschino liqueur, violet sugar syrup and white rum with ice.
  3. Strain into the ice-filled glass.
  4. Top with Thomas Henry Bitter Lemon.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
