Smoky mezcal and grassy rhum agricole stirred with sweet vermouth, Cynar and apricot brandy, giving a bittersweet, herbal drink with a touch of stone fruit. Served in a rocks glass; created by Frederic Yarm in Somerville, MA in 2021.

Frederic Yarm made the Henry's Dream as a further stirred cocktail combining rhum agricole and mezcal, following Up Jumped the Devil and Stranger than Kindness. The pairing of Cynar and apricot in One One Thousand was the model, with Punt e Mes added to bring out the fruity and bitter sides of the drink, and the name continues Yarm's practice of borrowing Nick Cave song titles for drinks.
