Stir Mezcal, Rhum Agricole, Sweet Vermouth, Cynar with ice. Strain into a rocks glass.

I continued experimenting with rhum agricole and mezcal stirred cocktails after creating Up Jumped the Devil and Stranger than Kindness. This time, inspired by the Cynar-apricot combination in One One Thousand, I added Punt e Mes to enhance the drink’s fruity and bitter elements. Following my tradition of naming drinks after Nick Cave songs, I called it Henry's Dream.
