Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Add the white rum, simple syrup, grapefruit juice, maraschino liqueur and lime juice to a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a Luxardo maraschino cherry and/or a lime wedge or wheel.
