Instructions

  1. Put the coupe in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill.
  2. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the Scotch, sweet vermouth, Cherry Heering and Angostura bitters.
  3. Stir until the drink is well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange zest twist.
