Instructions

  1. Dry shake the whiskey, egg white and lemon juice without ice and strain back into the shaker. Use peated Benriach single malt Scotch whisky as the whiskey.
  2. Dry shake once more without ice.
  3. Fine strain into a small jar.
  4. Smoke the drink with applewood and seal the jar.
  5. Open the jar at the table when serving it to the guest.

  7. Make a heather ale syrup in a 1:1 ratio.
