Instructions

  1. Pour the sweet vermouth, bourbon, mezcal, saline solution and Cynar into a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  4. Flame the orange peel over the drink and use it as garnish.
