- Increase the recipe for Heart of Glass to accommodate large batches.
- Mix all ingredients except coconut cream in a cambro.
- Warm the coconut cream to around 150 degrees Fahrenheit in a pot and then take it off the heat.
- Gradually incorporate the cocktail mixture into the warm coconut cream, letting it rest for two hours until curdling occurs and separation is evident.
- Strain through an oil filter or your preferred milk punch straining method.
- To serve, pour 3 ounces over ice in a small rocks glass with a tajin salt rim.
- Do not garnish.
