Instructions

  1. Increase the recipe for Heart of Glass to accommodate large batches.
  2. Mix all ingredients except coconut cream in a cambro.
  3. Warm the coconut cream to around 150 degrees Fahrenheit in a pot and then take it off the heat.
  4. Gradually incorporate the cocktail mixture into the warm coconut cream, letting it rest for two hours until curdling occurs and separation is evident.
  5. Strain through an oil filter or your preferred milk punch straining method.
  6. To serve, pour 3 ounces over ice in a small rocks glass with a tajin salt rim.
  7. Do not garnish.
