Havana Smash
🥃0
Shake Lemon, Mint (6-8 Leaf Depending On Size And Flavor Intensity), Gin, Swedish Punsch with ice. Strain into a rocks glass.
Inspired by the apricot-Swedish punsch blend in the Havana Cocktail, I wanted to create something akin to Dale DeGroff’s Whiskey Smash at Eastern Standard. My version includes muddled citrus and mint, diverging from the traditional Smash that resembles a downsized Mint Julep.
