Harvey Weissbanger

Shake Vodka, Galliano, Dry Vermouth, Weissbier, Dennison'S (Keep Separate) Dennison'S (Keep Separate) with ice. Strain into a highball glass.
I used to make Harvey Wallbangers for my grandfather, Harvey, who seemed to enjoy them mostly because of their quirky name. The idea for this drink came to me before I even knew it existed elsewhere, but after some research, I found that others had tried their hand at it too. However, none of the recipes satisfied me. Weissbier has distinct notes of banana, cloves, and coriander. To capture these flavors, I incorporated clove syrup as a connecting element and used lemon and vanilla from Galliano to mimic the banana taste.
