Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the white rum, dry vermouth, agave syrup, lime juice and freshly extracted celery juice to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until well chilled.
  4. Fine strain into the ice-filled highball.
  5. Top with club soda.
  6. Garnish with a lime wheel, a celery sprig and dark red grapes.
