Instructions

  1. Pour the gin, MalöRt, St-Germain and lemon juice into a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a coupe.
  4. Twist a strip of grapefruit peel over the surface to spray its oils onto the drink, then discard the peel.
