Instructions

  1. Add the Japanese whisky, Byrrh, Gran Classico and orange bitters to a mixing glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice and stir until thoroughly cold.
  3. Place one large ice sphere in a rocks glass.
  4. Strain the drink over the ice.
  5. Twist the orange peel over the glass to release its oils and use it as garnish.
