Instructions

  1. Pour the absinthe into a shot glass, then slowly pour the Tuaca over the back of a bar spoon so it floats on top in a separate layer.
  2. Set the drink alight and hold a pint glass upside down a few centimetres above the flame.
  3. Let it burn for about thirty seconds, then put out the flame, keeping the pint glass in place.
  4. Have the drinker breathe in the vapour trapped in the inverted pint glass through a bendy straw.
  5. Lift away the pint glass and let the drinker finish the shot through the straw.
