Instructions

  1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass, then dip into chili salt (mix flaky salt with a pinch of chili powder).
  2. Lightly muddle the jalapeño slices in a shaker to release heat without bitterness.
  3. Add tequila, lime juice and agave syrup with ice.
  4. Shake hard and double-strain into the glass over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel and a jalapeño coin.
