Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice I use Habanero chili (red or orange) for the simple syrup. 1 chili is enough. Two cut-out Pandan leaves. Infuse in a cup of boiling water and then add 8oz of cane sugar. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
