- Add the lime juice, simple syrup, pineapple juice, white rum, dark rum, triple sec and grenadine to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
- Thread pineapple cubes and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry onto a stick and set it in the drink with a bouquet of mint sprigs.
- Serve with straws.
