Guinomi

🥄
0

Stir Junmai Sake, Japanese Whisky, BéNéDictine, Ginger with ice. Strain into a coupe.

The Guinomi was designed as a sake cocktail without fruity flavors. A guinomi is a sake vessel that varies in size but is larger than the typical 45 ml ochoko. The drink's volume is meant to match a Nick and Nora glass, adjusted for dilution. It can be served in two smaller guinomi or a tea cup (yunomi).
