Instructions

  1. Pour the Pisang Ambon into the shot glass.
  2. Hold a bar spoon just above it and pour the lemon juice slowly over the back of the spoon so it floats as a second layer.
  3. Add the Tequila Blanco the same way as the top layer.
  4. Serve immediately, before the layers start to blend.
