- Agitate this mixture with two ice cubes until it's almost fully dissolved, which should take about one minute.
- Open the lid, toss in some cracked ice along with the cream, then vigorously shake for 15 seconds.
- Remove the lid again, pour in 2 ounces of club soda, and strain the contents into a Collins glass without adding any ice.
