Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass and fill it with fresh ice.
  2. Pour the gin, egg white, lime juice, green Chartreuse and simple syrup into a shaker without ice and shake hard to mix and build foam.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until cold.
  4. Double-strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with lime and olives.
