Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the Skinos Mastiha, Freshly Extracted Celery Juice and Gin to a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake until well chilled.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  5. Finish with a grind of pepper and set a celery stick in the glass.
