- Chill a coupe with ice water or in the freezer.
- Add bison grass vodka, sour apple liqueur, lemon juice, lime juice, lime cordial and sugar syrup 'Rich' to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake hard until the shaker is well chilled.
- Empty the coupe and strain the drink into it.
- Garnish with a green apple wedge.
