60 ml
Lemon Juice
15 ml
Egg White
20 ml
Grapefruit Soda

Pink Grapefruit Juice
45 ml

Instructions

  1. Chill the coupe.
  2. Add the Scotch whisky, pink grapefruit juice, lemon juice, rich sugar syrup, egg white and Peychaud's bitters to a shaker.
  3. Fill with ice and shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Top with grapefruit soda.
