Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass two-thirds full with crushed ice.
  2. Add the Cognac, Sauvignon Blanc, rose petal liqueur, apple juice, lemon juice and simple syrup.
  3. Swizzle until the glass is cold and the drink is mixed.
  4. Top up with more crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve with a straw.
