Instructions

  1. Pour the cognac, orange juice, egg white and lemon juice into a shaker without ice.
  2. Shake hard to whip up the egg white.
  3. Add ice and shake again until the shaker is cold.
  4. Fine strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with an orange wheel.
