Instructions

  1. Combine everything but the cream in a shaker with two ice cubes.
  2. Shake well for about one minute.
  3. Add the cream and some crushed ice to the mixture.
  4. Shake again forcefully for half a minute.
  5. Finish by grating a clove over the top using a microplane, or sprinkle on some nutmeg or cinnamon as an alternative garnish.
