Fernet Branca gives a bitter backbone against lemon juice, orgeat and a little Velvet Falernum, with both Angostura and orange bitters. Created by Matt Tanner at Anvil Bar & Refuge in Houston in 2010, built in a highball glass and garnished with orange and mint.
