Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Put the marmalade and vodka in the bottom of a shaker and stir until the marmalade has dissolved.
  3. Add the agave syrup, lemon juice and kumquat liqueur, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake until cold.
  5. Strain through a fine strainer into the coupe.
  6. Garnish with half a kumquat on the rim.
