- Add the gin, lime juice, simple syrup and edible cocktail glitter to a shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake hard until the shaker is cold.
- Strain into a highball glass.
- Top with champagne or prosecco. Dry champagne, prosecco or cava also work.
- Give it one gentle stir.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of edible cocktail glitter.
