Instructions

  1. Peel the ginger and cut it into rough pieces.
  2. Crush the pieces thoroughly at the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Pour in the white rum, lime juice and Cherry Heering.
  4. Fill with ice and shake hard.
  5. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with a lime twist.
