Probably a Jamaican like Appleton, but try whatever you've got.

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, dry vermouth, and lemon juice in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Stir well to chill.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
  4. Twist a piece of lemon peel over the drink's surface to release its oils, then drop it in.
