Instructions

  1. Crush some ice and place it in a julep cup.
  2. Muddle fresh mint leaves with simple syrup at the bottom of the cup.
  3. Pour gin over the ice and top off with club soda.
  4. Stir everything together gently.
  5. Finish by adding a sprig of mint as a garnish.
