Ingredients: 15 ml Egg White; 15 ml Orgeat; 15 ml Pineapple Syrup; 60 ml Gin; 1 spg Mint; 30 ml Club Soda; 30 ml Lime Juice

Gin, lime juice, orgeat and pineapple syrup shaken with egg white for a silky body, then finished with club soda and mint. Nutty, fruity and tart. Adapted by The Slanted Door in San Francisco from Charles H. Baker.
