Instructions

Combine gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup in a shaker with 5 to 8 ice cubes. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. If desired, add an egg white for extra frothiness. Pour the mixture into a lowball glass through a strainer. Optionally, serve over ice cubes or crushed ice. Finish by topping up with soda water and garnish with a lemon slice.
