Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the madeira, grenadine, gin and lemon juice to a shaker tin filled with ice.
  3. Throw the drink: pour it back and forth between two tins from a height, so it chills and mixes.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
