Campari and Fernet Branca give this a bitter, herbal backbone, brightened by lime juice and softened with maraschino liqueur and cinnamon syrup. Shaken, served in a coupe with candied ginger, and created by Frederic Yarm in Boston in 2025.

Frederic Yarm built the drink on the maraschino, ginger and lime of the Hitman at Dutch Kills and the Fernet and Campari pairing of the Ferrari. An earlier mix for the Blank Hand Society, based on the Gilda, was a forerunner. The name nods to both the 1977 song by Suicide and the Marvel Comics character.
