Instructions

  1. Put the mint sprigs, bourbon, Angostura bitters, simple syrup and peach liqueur in a highball glass.
  2. Fill the glass two-thirds full with crushed ice.
  3. Churn with a bar spoon to mix and chill, then pack in more crushed ice.
  4. Top with club soda and give it one short stir.
  5. Garnish with a bouquet of mint sprigs.
