Instructions

  1. Chill a mixing glass in advance.
  2. Add all the ingredients to the mixing glass along with plenty of ice.
  3. Stir with a bar spoon for 15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass holding one large ice cube.
  5. Garnish with sprigs of edible lavender.
  6. If you like, add a small lemon zest, as long as it doesn't release much oil over the drink.
