- Combine gin, Aperol, citrus juices, honey syrup, four to six mint leaves, egg white, and a dash of bitters in a shaker.
- Agitate vigorously without ice for about 30 seconds until it becomes frothy.
- Pack the shaker with ice cubes and shake again for another 30 seconds.
- Pour the mixture through a strainer into a fizz glass filled with no ice.
- Lightly mist the top of the drink with rose water and finish by adding a sprig of mint that has been gently bruised to release its aroma.
