Stir Gin, Bruto Americano, St. George St. George, Herbal Liqueur, Jeppson'S Malort Jeppson'S Malort, Underberg Bitters with ice. Strain into a rocks glass.
The Gallflower started out as an experiment to utilize leftover Rose liqueur. I discovered that the Combier Rose paired wonderfully with Gammel Dansk, which I had picked up at a duty-free store in Scandinavia.
