Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the Amaro Montenegro, bourbon and Angostura bitters.
  2. Stir until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, ideally over one large block of ice.
  4. Garnish with an orange zest twist (discarded afterwards) and a Luxardo maraschino cherry.
